Main characteristics:
This machine is used in forming blanking, monolayer or multilayer cow leather, sheepskin, plastic, leatherette,textiles materials. With the proper forming mould, you can get variform products. Such as sole, vamp, handbag, glove, toy, clothing, vacuum-Thermoform, plastic and craft ware, etc. But it is not used in stamping work and cut metal plate.
The mechanism is compact, move smoothly, less electricity. The movement of pressure plate use crank link mechanism and clutch control, easy control, safe and reliable.
Working Principle:
Put the machine on the right place→ Connect the power, connect the earth cable→ clean the part of the machine, and lubricate the running part→ adjust the press turnkey before operate the machine→ Put the feeding platen and gelatin process on, and put the cutting mould on gelatin, measure the height, then adjust, till it is good for cutting→ put the material on cutting area by hand→ cut the material→ take the product out
